Shipping Rates

- Free delivery on orders over $95 in Canada.

- Standard flat rate at 9.99$ CAD for orders below 95$ in Canada

- Standard is 3 to 9 business days

- Express flat rate at 17.99$ CAD

- Express is 1 to 2 business days

- Standard flat rate at 14.75$ USD USA orders

- Standard is 4 to 8 business days

- Express flat rate at 26.55$ USD

- Express is 2 to 3 business days


By making a purchase on the site, the user accepts and acknowledges that he/she must provide a valid email and shipping address for his/her order. Iris + Arlo inc. reserves the right to modify, refuse or cancel an order when we deem it necessary. If we cancel your order after the payment has been processed, we will proceed with the refund of the transaction. It is the user's responsibility to monitor the payment method. 

We try to provide an estimate of delivery times and costs as accurately as possible. However, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

If I've bought a kit, can I return the items individually?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return individual items from a set.


Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are designated on our site as non-refundable/non-exchangeable. All items on sale are considered as final sales.

The quality of our products is important to us, which is why we ensure that all products sold are in good condition before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it.

Where you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us and provide details/pictures of the product and fault within 15 days of your purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

Return Process

Once we have received your item, we will examine it and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable delay, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price. Any shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunds will not include shipping charges. It may take up to 15 business days after receiving our email before you see the refund on your statement. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.

Where do you deliver your products?

For the moment, our products are only available in Canada and in the USA.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number provided once your order has been processed.

I haven't received my order, what should I do? 

If your parcel has still not arrived, please wait another 3 working days and contact us at the following address: info@irisarlo.com

If the carrier tells you that it has been delivered, but you don't have it in your hand (it may have been stolen or dropped off elsewhere), please make sure that the parcel really can't be found.

I made a mistake in my address. How do I correct it? 

Please send us a message as soon as possible to the following address so we can adjust the information in question. info@irisarlo.com

Can I cancel my order while it's in transit?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel, modify or redirect an order that is already in transit. If you wish to modify your order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@irisarlo.com. We'll do our best to help you.
