How to use it
Compress:
- Cold:
Place the compress in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so that it is ready to use cold.
- Hot:
- Microwave : Place the compress on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds.
- Oven : Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the compress on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 15 to 18 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
