How To Use It
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and remove your towel from its box.
- Unfold the towel and carefully remove it from its individual packaging.
- Remove the protective paper from the adhesive strip on the back.
- Position your towel in the center of your underwear at crotch level. Make sure the adhesive sticks to your underwear to prevent slipping. You can move it a little forwards or backwards to suit your needs.
- When you're ready to change your towel, simply peel it off your underwear. Roll up your used pad, put it back in its original packaging (if you've kept it) or in the new one, and dispose of it in the garbage can for menstrual products. Above all, don't flush it down the toilet.
- If you regularly use a toilet that doesn't have a waste garbage can in every stall, don't hesitate to tell the person in charge of maintenance.
FAQs
How do I choose my menstrual pads?
Your flow determines the product you need: if you are at the end of your menstrual cycle or have light bleeding, pantyliners might be more appropriate. For moderate menstruation, day/regular pads will be sufficient to absorb your flow. And finally, if you have a heavy flow, don't hesitate to use night/super pads
Can we flush our menstrual products down the toilet?
No, you cannot flush our products down the toilet, even though they are 100% natural. It is important to note that they do not break down instantly in water, so they could clog pipes by accumulating.
How often should I change my menstrual pad?
We recommend changing your pad every 4 to 6 hours, but you can change it more often depending on your body's needs.
