Pantyliners

What is a pantyliner, and what is it used for?

A panty liner is similar to a pad: it is thinner, more discreet, and perfect for absorbing light discharge, spotting, or simply staying fresh all day long.

When should I use a pantyliner?

Whenever you want a little help feeling dry: at the end of your period, for daily vaginal discharge, or as backup with a tampon or menstrual cup.

Can I wear a pantyliner every day?

Yes, if it makes you feel comfortable! Just change it regularly (every 4-6 hours) to avoid moisture and irritation.

What are the risks of irritation with Iris + Arlo pantyliners?

Very low, because we select hypoallergenic, skin-friendly materials and recommend changing them regularly.

Can pantyliners be worn at night?

Yes, but for heavier flow, we recommend a night/super pad with greater absorbency.

How should pantyliners be disposed of?

Dispose of them as they are, or repackaged in their original wrapper, in a trash can. Never flush them down the toilet!

What is the bulk format for?

We recommend choosing the bulk format if you are looking to buy a large quantity of pantyliners. This allows you to refill your original box, saving money and unnecessary packaging. It is also an ideal option for businesses.

Pads

How do I choose my menstrual pads?

Your flow determines the product you need: if you are at the end of your menstrual cycle or have light bleeding, pantyliners might be more appropriate. For moderate menstruation, day/regular pads will be sufficient to absorb your flow. And finally, if you have a heavy flow, don't hesitate to use night/super pads.

Can we flush our menstrual products down the toilet?

No, you cannot flush our products down the toilet, even though they are 100% natural. It is important to note that they do not break down instantly in water, so they could clog pipes by accumulating.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, all of our products are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We prioritize compostable, biodegradable, and recyclable materials. Please refer to each product's information sheet to learn more about its composition.

How often should I change my menstrual pad?

We recommend changing your pad every 4 to 6 hours, but you can change it more often depending on your body's needs.

Can you wear a pad in combination with a tampon or menstrual cup?

Yes, it can be used as an extra layer of protection for heavier flows.

What are the pads made of?

Our pads are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton for the top and inner layers, and non-GMO corn for the bottom layer. No plastic or chemicals that could cause irritation or allergies.

What is the bulk format for?

We recommend choosing the bulk format if you are looking to buy a large quantity of pads. This allows you to refill your original box, saving money and unnecessary packaging. It is also an ideal option for businesses.
