How to use it
Cold :
Place the long wrap-around cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so that it is ready to use cold
Hot :
Microwave: Place the long wrap-around cushion on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the long wrap-around cushion on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 15 to 18 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
