Returns + Exchanges
All items on sale are considered final sales.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. For all returns, you must also prepay shipping and insurance costs (if applicable).
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of new, unopened items. Within 10 days of delivery, you may return or exchange items in their original packaging (with proof of purchase) for another size, style or store credit. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange. To track the status of your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
The quality of our products is important to us, which is why we ensure that all products sold are in good condition before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it.
Where you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us and provide details/pictures of the product and fault within 10 days of your purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the product.
Once we have received your item, we will examine it and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable delay, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price. Any shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunds will not include shipping charges. It may take up to 15 business days after receiving our email before you see the refund on your statement. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.
Iris + Arlo Inc. reserves the right to modify, refuse or cancel an order when we deem it necessary. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the transaction. It is the user's responsibility to monitor the payment method.
