At Iris + Arlo, we believe menstrual health is a right — not a privilege.

When communities have access to essential products and education, this can help reduce stigma, support better health outcomes, and contribute to a more equitable future. Through our initiatives, Iris + Arlo aims to play a modest but meaningful role in this broader effort.

That’s why we collaborate and support organizations working to help:

  • Reduce period poverty

  • Improve access to menstrual products

  • Provide menstrual health education and advocacy

Each year, Iris + Arlo aims to contribute, where financially and operationally feasible, the equivalent of up to 5% of its sales through a combination of menstrual products, the development and distribution of educational materials, workshops, conferences and other initiatives. This contribution is intended to support people experiencing menstrual poverty and raise awareness regarding menstrual equity and related issues. Actual contributions may vary from year to year based on Iris + Arlo’s financial results, product availability, and partner capacity.

Iris + Arlo’s Impact Initiative focuses on donations and social impact support, where products, resources, or other assistance are provided primarily to meet community needs and advance menstrual equity. As part of our commitment to transparency and to recognize the work of our partners, Iris + Arlo may ask beneficiary organizations for permission to use their name and/or logo in communications that describe our social impact activities (for example, listing beneficiary organizations on our website or in impact reports). This acknowledgement is optional, subject to the organization’s consent, and does not convert the support into a sponsorship or commercial arrangement.

Separately, Iris + Arlo may occasionally offer sponsorships or marketing partnerships, where support is provided in exchange for agreed‑upon visibility or promotional opportunities. These sponsorships are not part of our donation commitments under this policy and follow a different process. If you’re interested in sponsorship or partnership opportunities, please visit our Sponsorship & Partnerships page.
